This venue is an established property producing a wide range of fruit and vegetables and processing for household use. Berries are a specialty, grown with skill and care for healthy plants and quality fruit production. The search for improvement led the hosts to apply the Australian Demeter BD method to their highly productive garden.

Bd composting and green manuring are part of the routine.

Time : 9.30 am start until about 3 pm.
