Mark Petersen has been practising biodynamics since 1987, producing fresh milk from his Demeter bio-dynamic dairy farm ‘Alcheringa’ north of Melbourne in the small town of Nathalia. Mark’s passion, knowledge and the care he has for his animals, product and the Demeter Biodynamic farming method, are truly inspiring.
This event is aimed at any commercial farmer (not just dairy) interested in learning about the Australian Demeter Biodynamic method
Time: 9.30 am start until about 3.30 pm.

- Participatory demonstrations of stirring, spraying preparations and green manuring
- Where applicable, farm walks showing Biodynamic results and discussing practical aspects of biodynamic farming
