We have a series of Introduction to Australian Demeter Biodynamics field days now in the calendar for later this year and a few more to be confirmed… hopefully we will have one in WA and potentially another in the ACT area. See the full list at  https://demeterbiodynamic.com.au/upcoming-events/ .

These days are designed for commercial farmers who are curious or keen to explore the Australian Demeter method on their property. Please help us spread the word about these opportunities among your networks. Either Darren Aitken or Simon McLachlan will be delivering the training at all of these field days to provide the nuts and bolts of the Australian Demeter Biodynamic method – including plant feeding within nature, soil cultivation and humus formation, an introduction to the preparations and sheet composting – for those who might be interested to learn more or are already considering applying the method on their property.

It’s always good to have a few experienced BDAAA members in attendance to share their knowledge and support the practical components of the day so consider getting along to one if you are interested in a refresher or to help out. BDAAA members are welcome to attend for free – you can register via the link above.

There are separate days for smaller growers being added at the link above run by Keith McCallum and the BDGA, so please let your gardener friends know about those too.
